Sofia graduated from the school of physical education and sport science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
She was a champion athlete of gymnastics for 10 years and then she was a diving athlete with significant distinctions at a national and international level. In addition, she was a member of the Olympic diving team Athens 2004.
Her specialization is in Yoga & Pilates. She speaks Greek & English,
